Charles Williams is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and capital markets professional with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, development, and business leadership. As the Founder and sole owner of Pioneer Realty Capital, Mr. Williams leads a network of affiliate companies involved in real estate capital advisory, direct lending, and property development across the United States.

Career Journey & Expertise

Mr. Williams began his professional career as a temperature controls engineer at Johnson Controls, where he gained firsthand experience in engineering and construction management. He went on to launch his own temperature controls contracting firm, which he successfully operated and later sold in 1999.

After completing graduate school with a perfect 4.0 GPA, he transitioned into the finance sector. In 2003, he founded Pioneer Services, initially focused on financial recordkeeping for small businesses. His passion for helping entrepreneurs access capital led him to evolve the firm into a commercial real estate finance platform. In 2012, the company was renamed Pioneer Realty Capital, now a nationally recognized brand in CRE capital solutions.

Under his leadership, Pioneer has grown to include over 30 employees, managing a range of services including mortgage brokerage, correspondent lending, and direct investments. Mr. Williams is an active sponsor and developer with direct ownership or oversight of more than nine commercial real estate projects currently in various stages of development.

A native of Dallas, Texas and raised in Mount Pleasant, Mr. Williams is the only son of Lessie Mae Williams and the late Charles Williams Sr. Outside of business, he enjoys flying as a private pilot, boating and fishing, golfing, and international travel.
