Once your Subscription Agreement is submitted, please send the following documents to our team:

• A copy of your Driver’s License

• A completed W-9 Form

• A voided check for the bank account where you’d like distributions deposited

• A completed Accredited Investor Verification Form — investors committing $200,000 or more may skip this requirement. This can also be satisfied by providing brokerage or investment account statements showing a combined balance of $1,000,000 or more, or two years of tax returns documenting individual income of $200,000+ per year ($300,000+ combined with a spouse).
